Assisted the owners in casework drawings, custom floor tile layout, material, lighting and furniture selections.
The owners wanted the design of the restaurant to be simple but offer several different types of seating options. They came up with the idea for a 2 seater booth along the chef’s wall. The space is optimized for wine storage and sales. We mixed historic details (a pendleton inspired hex tile pattern) with warm timeless materials. A local artist did a commissioned oil painting of all local bird stacked on top of each other.
